ABOUT

Kindred Crow is a Pagan Folk project featuring Irene Glasse (Cassandra Syndrome, Imbolc Fire, Revel Moon), Ash Glasse (Cassandra Syndrome, Imbolc Fire), percussionist Strix, didgeridoo player Caine Dreamwalker, vocalist Layla, and late band member singer songwriter Kat Gray (Kat Savery, Twelve Days Dry).  Kindred Crow is an acoustic journey through mystery, magic, myth, and mirth. Pagan Folk: Soaring lyrics over powerful rhythms. A little bit of magic, a dash of mystery, and a whole lot of revelry.  Like their namesake, the Crows offer a musical mix that strikes a balance of compelling beauty, resonant storytelling, and more than a little bit of mischief.

NEW STUDIO RECORDING: "BREAK"

We are so excited to finally share our new studio recordings with you! We began work on a new album in 2022 and were wrapping up in 2023. Unfortunately, our beloved didgeridoo player and vocalist Caine became desperately ill with a very serious and concerning health situation resulting from Long COVID. And, many of the parts yet to be recorded were his. We waited almost a year to see if we could finish the album and release it as a whole. Although there seems to be a little hope in the air and some improvement in his health, it's a long road back after nearly a year spent isolated and desperately ill. Caine's Go-Fund-Me is right here.

Rather than wait any longer, we are releasing what we have. There will be a new song each month. And who knows? Maybe by the time we get to the "end" of these finished recordings, the others will be finished as well.

The songs from this set will also be available on your preferred streaming platform as they're released. Get "Break" today wherever you like to listen to music. Here's the Spotify link.

KINDRED CROW IS ON PATREON!
A NOTE ABOUT THE 2024 FESTIVAL SEASON

Many people already know that our beloved didgeridoo player and vocalist Caine is in treatment for a very serious and concerning health situation resulting from Long COVID. Although there seems to be a little hope in the air and some improvement in his health, it's a long road back after nearly a year spent isolated and desperately ill. Caine's Go-Fund-Me is right here.

We are hoping that sometime in 2024 he will be able to rejoin us on stage. However, some of the symptoms Caine is fighting include reactivity to environmental triggers - temperature variations, allergens, etc. As a result, Kindred Crow is declining outdoor festival shows for 2024. If we're lucky enough to have Caine back in the mix, we want him to be able to join us on stage.
